You may think you’re ready to raise your first puppy on your own, but no matter how prepared you are it’s going to be one crazy, emotional, furry, pee-filled rollercoaster. Take my own experience with my first puppy Mads for example: Mads peed on my roommates, got stuck under my couch and whined for 4 hours straight, and that was just his first night. Raising a puppy is like most things in life, and with practice you can go from puppy newbie to a seasoned pup pro who’s ready to handle whatever inconveniently placed doggy vom gets in your way.
